Meet Monica Ems

I am a pediatric occupational therapist with nearly a decade of experience. I have had the joy of working with children in a variety of capacities: clinic-based, school-based, in-home, mental health setting, feeding therapy, and early intervention. I love mentoring and supporting other therapists, and I’m grateful to collaborate with amazing families, teachers, and therapy teams. 

Designing activities, games, and educational handouts is one of my creative outlets! I take pride in developing resources that add fun while targeting multiple goals. My goal is to make your day a little easier- so you can focus on what matters most: connecting with the kids and families you serve.

I received a Bachelor’s degree at UCLA and both a Master’s and Clinical Doctorate degrees in occupational therapy at USC.
